From martial arts to circus

Yzong Bagua Zhang

An intensive and demanding training awaits you — focused on structure, stability, and presence in movement.
The study of Bagua Zhang forms develops functional internal strength, refines the connection between body and mind, and integrates the principles of spiral motion, relaxation, and continuity.

The circle walking practice, a core element of Bagua Zhang, cultivates dynamic stability, spatial awareness, and fluid mobility in all directions.
Training also includes partner drills, striking exercises, and soft sparring sessions, where the principles come alive through real exchange.

I learn Yizong Bagua Zhang with Carsten Stausberg in Cologne — a precise and dynamic approach within the lineage of Luo Dexiu (Taiwan), combining structural clarity with martial effectiveness.
