I am a health practitioner and teacher of Nei Yang Gong. In my work, I combine the practice of Qi Gong, martial arts and traditional Chinese medicine to create spaces for mindfulness, self-determination and change.
For me, the focus is not only on looking after your health, but also on consciously pausing: a mindful approach to yourself, your own history and your place in life. Together, I invite you to encounter yourself anew – in connection with your body, mind and the world around you.
My everyday language is French, German and English. I also speak a little Polish, Italian and Spanish.
about me
I have been following my passion for healing movement and Chinese medicine for over ten years – always with an eye for political (body) work. What started as a practice of selfdefense in feminist collective became a path full of healing encounters and empowering methods.
After my beginnings in the feminist self-defence world, since 2009 I have dedicated myself to Mantis Kung Fu and a little later to Yizong Baguazhang – for me not a sport, but a tool for conscious movement.
Working in girls* and women*s projects was and is just as important to me. In this context, I ran a children’s circus for 10 years because I was and am convinced that playful physicality breaks patriarchal patterns.
Practice
As a legally authorised alternative practitioner (2014), I focus on Chinese medicine:
- Qi gong recipes
- Meridian massage according to Penzel (2023-25) and Dao Yin An Qiao acupressure
- NADA ear acupuncture (2022): Addiction and trauma treatment
- TCM nutrition with Zoe Gong (2021)
Further training and supervision are a natural part of my work. I am currently studying with the German Acupuncture Society and Global Branches.
Nei Yang Gong Qi Gong
My 5-year Nei Yang Gong training with Dr Anna Mietzner, Elke Allinger and Dr Liu Ya Fei and my time in China at the Qi Gong clinic in Beidahe (2019) showed me that energy work is collective self-care. In 2024 I received a therapeutic Qi Gong diploma (AGTCM).
Whether as a trainer (C licence 2025), in Qi Gong courses, in practice or in project management: I am always interested in creating spaces in which people can (re)discover their own strength. Because true change begins in the body – and radiates from there into the world.
Between circus pedagogy and Qi Gong retreats, between acupuncture needles and feminist projects: My path shows that mindfulness and activism are not opposites.
thanks to my teachers
Dr Liu Ya Fei, Dr Anna Mietzner and Elke Allinger. You are life changers!
I owe my martial arts practice to :
Petra, Barbara, Michelle, Irmes and Lisa, the first Kung Fu stars I met. Mascha Rohner, who taught me the basics of Mantis Kung Fu and gave me the first impulse to look for my own path and teachers.
Dorothee Plaß, the best teacher in the world. Her wealth of knowledge is impressive. As supervisor of the Minimantis, her generosity and enthusiasm are contagious! Thanks to Ana and Uli, great team. And to the whole Minimantis community!
Thanks to Carsten Stausberg and the Cologne Fight Club team, otherwise I would miss the bruises.
